About Zachary

Life is a constant journey. Every second of every day, you are either progressing or regressing. I live everyday with as much passion and love as I possible can. I live by 3 mantras: 1) Anything worth doing is worth doing 100%. Go hard or don’t go. 2) “I’d rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not”~Kurt Cobain. Be yourself whether people like you or not. 3) “Love your family. Work superhard. Live your passion” – Gary Vaynerchuk. Enough said. Your family is most important. You have to hustle. You have to do what you love. And most of all - LIVE LIFE WELL.

Living Vs. Not Dying

By |February 22nd, 2024|Categories: Uncategorized|Comments Off on Living Vs. Not Dying

In our world, where outcomes are often seen in black and white—success or failure, victory or defeat—the concept of "living vs. not dying" emerges as a profound paradigm to reassess our approach to life. This perspective, inspired by discussions around the competitive nature of sports, transcends the literal arenas to probe the depths of our everyday existence. It prompts us to question: Are we actively engaging in the art of living, seeking out the richness and depth life offers? Or are we merely existing, cautiously navigating our days to avoid the inevitable, without truly embracing the essence of being alive? The Philosophy of Living vs. Not Dying To live is to engage in life actively. It's about challenging ourselves, seeking new experiences, and dedicating ourselves to continual growth and enrichment. Life is Suffering

By |October 14th, 2023|Categories: Uncategorized|Comments Off on Life is Suffering

I have always wanted to have a site where I can just write. No agenda – no worries about what people are going to think – and not meant to drive traffic. Just a place to write. For some reason tonight, through a world of emotion and the underlying theme of "life is suffering", I write.  I bought this domain to be a domain about me. And as I started to develop myself, I though this was going to be my voice. My voice of health, fitness, personal development, growth, everything I love in my life. And with a background in health and fitness, and a passion in personal development, I was going to help others level up in their life because I was going to get these INSANE results in all areas of my life. I was going to share my knowledge with the world. I was going to be the guy that

Promote What You Love Instead of Bashing What You Hate

This may sound hippy-ish, but we need to spread more love in the world. Every time I turn the news on, listen to talk radio, read a headline, really view any media, it is always negative. Always negative. Maybe once in a blue moon a news will have a marine returning home to his family after a long deployment - but that is very far and few. Good news doesn't sell, bad news does. And when we think about the fact that what goes into our mind, comes out in our actions, we live in a negative world. The people I run into that are genuinely happy in their life, like the story of the marine returning home, is far and few. Everyone else seems to walk around with their head in the ground pissed off at the world. And I don't blame them given all the horrid stories going on in our life.
